SOGELIFE S.A (hereinafter referred to as the "INSURER") has developed a website accessible on https://premium.sogelife.com
The purpose of premium.sogelife.com is to provide the INSURER's partners with information related to their portfolio of clients and contracts.
The premium.sogelife.com website is the property of “SOGELIFE S.A”, a Luxembourgish société anonyme (public limited company), with its registered office at 11 avenue Emile Reuter L-2420 Luxembourg and registered in the Luxembourg Trade and Companies Register under number B-55612.
The purpose of these General Terms and Conditions of use is to define the terms under which the online service at premium.sogelife.com, made available by the INSURER to partners.
The use of the site is subject to these General Terms and Conditions of use. Anyone who accesses the site to view information, states that he/she accepts these conditions in their entirety and without reservation, and that he/she will use the site and the content provided in accordance with the articles defined in these General Terms and Conditions of Use.
The INSURER shall make a service available to its partners for their portfolio of clients and contracts via the Internet.
Given in particular the possible extensions and improvements of the service offered, the Insurer reserves the right to adapt or amend at any time the scope of the products and services offered. When necessary, the partner will be informed of the changes via the Website or by any other means.
If a partner disagrees with the changes, he/she may terminate his/her access to the premium.sogelife.com Online Consultation Service (see Article 5) without penalty. If a partner does not terminate his/her access and continues to use the service one month after being informed of said changes, the partner will be deemed to have accepted the new operating conditions of the Online Consultation Service.
Using the PREMIUM.SOGELIFE.COM website requires the use of a computer with an Internet connection. The partner is responsible for making arrangements for his or her Internet access (in particular the choice of a provider) and the proper functioning of his or her computer equipment.
The partner must have ensured, under his or her responsibility, the compatibility of the hardware and software intended to use the service offered by the Insurer. The partner is solely responsible for the consequences of a security defect on the hardware or software that he or she may use.
The site can be accessed using an Internet browser with the necessary compatibility and security configurations for said access.
The partner is responsible for the selection and installation of his or her browser, it being understood that the Insurer can under no circumstances be held responsible for the harmful consequences resulting from the installation and use of said browser.
Access is only possible by means of personal login details (or any other system which may replace this method in order to ensure optimal security of the service) sent to the partner by the INSURER:
The Société Générale Group Partner has the possibility to connect to the Premium.sogelife.com website via the SG CONNECT platform using their personal access. The connection is completed by clicking on the button "Connection via SG CONNECT" available on the Premium.sogelife.com website
This site is accessed through the use of open communication networks. The user declares that they are aware of the risks and accept them.

The user is fully responsible for the retention and use of their login information. In particular, it is the user's responsibility to ensure that the retention and entry of their codes is carried out under perfect security and confidentiality conditions.
The partner must therefore ensure the security of their IT equipment, taking effective measures preventing any third party from accessing it.
The partner accepts and acknowledges that any consultation carried out using their login is deemed to have been carried.
The Insurer reserves the right to modify the partner login information at any time and/or to terminate it, without prior notification and without limitation, particularly in the event of a risk concerning the security of the Insurer's computer system or the service concerned or even in the event of non-compliance with these General Provisions. The Insurer may also, if necessary, disable access to the premium.sogelife.com
At the end of each user session, the user must immediately and imperatively ensure that they log out from the Service.
As a security measure, access to the premium.sogelife.com site is temporarily disabled after several incorrect login attempts.
In the event loss, theft or even forgetting their login information, the user must inform his/her contact person or contact the INSURER's Middle Office Commercial Department as soon as possible.
The previous login information will be disabled and a new login and password will be sent to the user.
For any other claim related to the Service, the partner must contact the Insurer.
Fraudulent emails circulate on the internet. These emails appear to be sent by a trusted organisation and invite you to click on a link that takes you to an input form.

Access to the service is provided for as long as the Partner and Insurer have a contractual relationship.
The Insurer reserves the right to terminate access to the service subject to one month's notice sent to the partner by simple letter, without being required to indicate the reason for this.
The Insurer may also, at any time and without prior notice, suspend or terminate access to the service, particularly in the event the confidentiality of the service may have been compromised, wrongdoing, breach by the partner of its contractual obligations, a technical issue in particular at the Insurer or one of its suppliers, or if the service is not used for one year.
The partner may, at any time and without prior notice, request the complete termination of his/her access to the premium.sogelife.com Service by simple letter addressed to the Insurer. Access shall be terminated by the Insurer within the necessary technical deadlines. The partner may make a written request to the Insurer to have access to the service reinstated.
The Insurer undertakes to use all means available for optimal use of the premium.sogelife.com Service by the partners. The Insurer is thus bound only by a best-efforts obligation, and under no circumstances is there any performance obligation.
The Insurer assumes no responsibility for the transmission of information and shall not become involved in any dispute that may arise between the partner concerning electronic communications. The Insurer shall only be held liable if it is established that the Insurer has committed gross negligence. This liability shall be limited to direct damage.
The service may be interrupted from time to time for technical reasons, in order to perform corrective and/or preventive maintenance.
The Insurer shall not be held liable when failure to fulfil its obligations results from a case of force majeure, particularly in the event that the service interruption is related to the transmission of information or the partner computer system.
In the event that the service is interrupted for any reason whatsoever, the partner can still contact the insurer to consult the information on his portfolio of contracts.
Similarly, the Insurer is not responsible for the consequences of any security failures (hardware or software) impacting the users computer.
The partner is responsible for any consequences of errors in transmission or manipulation on its part.
The information provided on the site is within the limits and conditions defined by the service.
The information sent takes into account only the operations recorded by the Insurer on the consultation date, with the exception of operations in progress.
Any reference to past performance cannot under any circumstances be considered as a guarantee of future policy benefits.
Under no circumstances shall printed screenshots constitute a contractual document or proof for tax purposes.
The information provided on the site has no contractual value.
The INSURER undertakes to secure and protect its partner personal data. It is also committed to using this data ethically and in compliance with privacy laws, to provide its partners with the best service.
By using the premium.sogelife.com website, partner data privacy and security are protected by SOGELIFE S.A, which attaches the utmost importance to the security and confidentiality of the transmitted data.
The Data Protection Policy is an integral part of these general terms and conditions of use of the service.
The computer programs enabling the Insurer to offer the premium.sogelife.com Service to the partner are protected by intellectual property laws, including copyright and trademark statutes.
The partner undertakes not to copy, modify or infringe in any way and in any form whatsoever the intellectual property rights relating to these computer programs.
The Insurer grants the partner a non-transferable and non-exclusive right to use computer programs allowing access to the www.premium.sogelife.com Service.
Notwithstanding this user licence, copyrights and all other intellectual rights belonging to the Insurer or third parties remain the exclusive property of the Insurer or these third parties.
These General Terms and Conditions are subject to Luxembourg law.
Any dispute concerning the validity, interpretation or performance of these General Terms and Condition that cannot be resolved amicably between the Insurer and the partner falls within the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of the Grand Duchy of Luxembourg.
